Nine services. All nine in every package.

There is no version of this where reporting turns out to be an add-on, or where the audit costs extra, or where the warranty was in a different tier. The packages differ by monthly volume. That is the only thing that differs.

01

Gap audit

// month one, before anything is bought

Pool the referring domains of the four URLs currently outranking your target page. De-duplicate. Subtract yours. What is left is the gap, and the gap is the whole job.

In most SaaS categories it lands between 40 and 120 domains. That number sets the monthly volume, the timeline and the price — in that order. Anyone quoting a link count before running this subtraction has picked the number from their own capacity.

You get it as a spreadsheet with a ranked route per domain, and you keep it whether or not you continue. Free.

You give us
Target URL, primary keyword, read-only Search Console
Turnaround
7–10 working days
You get
Ranked gap list: likelihood, effort, route per domain
Refreshed
Every quarter — competitors keep buying too
Cost
Free, no contract needed
02

Editorial placements

// the bulk of what you are buying

Manual outreach to a named editor at a publication with a real readership in your category. One pitch, one angle, written to their beat. We draft it, you approve it before it goes anywhere, and the link sits inside the argument — not in an author bio at the bottom.

Every candidate passes the checks first. Roughly two thirds fail and go into the rejection log with a reason code, which you see every month including the months it makes us look slow.

Volume
7, 18 or 36 per month depending on package
Turnaround
21–40 days from pitch to live URL
Minimum standard
≥1,000 verified organic sessions on the referring domain
Market rate
Guest placements average $220–$609 industry-wide
Our blended rate
$317–$400 per link depending on package
03

Niche edits

// faster, capped at a third of volume

Your link placed inside an article that already ranks and already gets traffic. The host page has existing authority, so these register faster than a fresh post.

We only buy where the surrounding paragraph makes the link genuinely useful, and we cap them at about 35% of your monthly number. A profile made mostly of insertions looks exactly like a profile made mostly of insertions, and the pattern is obvious once there are more than twenty of them.

Volume
Blended into your monthly number, up to 35%
Turnaround
7–18 days
Pre-check
Host page must already rank and receive real traffic
Market rate
Insertions average around $141 industry-wide
Why the cap
Because the pattern is visible without one
04

Round-up placement

// the one that pays back fastest

Getting you listed — accurately, and high on the page — in "best tools for", "top alternatives to", integration directories and category round-ups. These are the pages your buyer opens right before they shortlist.

Half of this is inclusion outreach. The other half is correcting listings that describe your product as it was two years ago, with wrong pricing and missing integrations. That second half is boring and it is usually the fastest win in the programme.

It also pays back independently of rankings. A listing read by twenty thousand people generates demo requests whether or not a single position moves.

Audit size
60–200 round-ups mapped per category
What we do
Inclusion, correction, position improvement, new round-up seeding
Market rate
Paid inclusion typically $350–$750 per round-up
Disclosure
Every paid placement is labelled in your sheet
Measured on
Referral demos, reported separately from rankings
05

Linkable assets

// on Volume, or instead of volume at small budgets

Benchmarks, calculators, free micro-tools, glossaries. Built against measured demand — we find what your category already cites, count the citations, and build the version that is missing. If nothing comparable earns links, we tell you and spend the budget elsewhere.

Worth saying plainly: if your budget is under about $3,000 a month, one good asset usually beats twelve months of thin outreach. We will say that on the first call rather than sell you the wrong package.

Volume
One per quarter on the Volume package
Turnaround
3–10 weeks depending on complexity
Includes
Concept, build, copy, structure, launch outreach
Ownership
Yours, on your domain, permanently
Skip it if
Three competitors already rank for the same asset
06

Profile hygiene

// sometimes quarter one is subtraction

If you arrive carrying three years of someone else's work, we classify it before adding to it. Every referring domain categorised, footprints clustered by host, template and outbound pattern, anchor distribution mapped.

You get a removal list, a disavow file and a rebalancing plan. On roughly one engagement in five the honest recommendation is to buy nothing in quarter one and clean up instead. That is an awkward invoice and we send it anyway, because stacking new links on a damaged profile buys you a defended position rather than a better one.

Audit
Full classification, footprint clusters, anchor mapping
You get
Removal list, disavow file, rebalancing plan
Duration
2–4 weeks; one quarter if remediation is needed
Included in
Every package, run before acquisition starts
Standalone
Yes — one-off audit, no retainer
07

Verification records

// what makes the rest checkable

Every placement ships with a record: live URL, anchor text, the paragraph it sits in, do-follow status, the referring page's own organic traffic, and the date it was first indexed. Written to your shared sheet on the day it goes live.

This is not the same as reporting. A monthly report is a summary you have to believe. A verification record is something you can spot-check on a Tuesday afternoon.

Nothing is billed until its record exists and the index check passes at day 30.

Fields
URL · anchor · paragraph · rel · page traffic · index date
Written
Publication day, not month end
Format
Live shared sheet, always open to you
Also includes
The rejection log with reason codes
Billing gate
Not billable until live, indexed and verified
08

Anchor modelling

// decided once, at the start, in writing

Before the first pitch goes out we model what your anchor distribution should look like at month twelve. Branded and naked-URL anchors carrying the majority, partial-match in the middle, exact-match deliberately scarce — roughly 70% of anchors carrying no keyword at all.

Then we report against that model every month. The alternative is twelve individually sensible decisions that add up to a profile nobody would have chosen.

When
Agreed in writing at kickoff
Target
Branded 35–45%, exact-match 2–5%
Reported
Monthly, against the agreed model
Included in
Every package
Correcting a skew
Dilution over 6 months, not removal
09

Twelve-month warranty

// in the contract, not the sales deck

Every URL we deliver gets recrawled weekly for a year. Removed, switched to no-follow, de-indexed or 404ing gets flagged within seven days and replaced at no cost.

Links decay — sites get sold, editors prune archives, contributors leave and their pages go with them. A service that does not address this has quietly moved a known cost onto you.

One exception, and it is fair: if you delete or migrate the page we linked to, that one is yours.

Frequency
Weekly automated recrawl
Window
12 months from publication
Triggers
Removal · no-follow flip · de-index · 404 · publisher offline
Remedy
Replacement placement, no extra charge
Exception
Breakage caused by changes to your own page

Pricing

$2,800, $6,300 or $11,400 a month

Seven, eighteen or thirty-six verified placements. Same nine services in all three. The per-link price and the 2026 market data to compare it against are both on the front page.
